Shipping policy

Order processing
Orders normally require 1 to 4 business days for processing before shipment. Personalized or made-to-order products may require additional processing time shown on the product page.

Delivery estimates
Most orders are expected to arrive within 10 to 23 calendar days after the order is placed. Delivery time varies by product, destination, carrier, customs, and seasonal volume. Any estimate shown at checkout is an estimate, not a guarantee.

Multiple shipments
Products may be fulfilled from different supplier facilities. An order containing multiple items can arrive in separate packages and on different dates. You will not be charged additional shipping because an order is split.

Tracking
When tracking is available, we will email it after the carrier accepts the shipment. Tracking can take several days to begin updating.

Shipping charges
Available shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout before payment.

Address changes
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact support@cedarandkite.com immediately if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee a change after fulfillment begins.

Delays and missing packages
Carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather, and high-volume periods can affect delivery. If tracking has not updated for an extended period or a package appears lost, email support@cedarandkite.com with your order number.

International orders
International customers are responsible for any import taxes, customs duties, or fees charged by the destination country unless checkout states otherwise.
